The first thing that caught our eye was the quality of this RV - the cabinetry, the workmanship, and the attention to detail. Loads of storage and features that others in this bracket do not have. Having owned Class A's in the past, this was a delight to downsize to. The support and service from the manufacturer is A+. The floor plan is very livable with adequate space. The entertainment center over the cab in place of sleeping quarters gives a full view out the windshield. The factory installed for us curtains behind the front seats to close for privacy, which helps to keep heat and cold out of the living area, as well as cozy privacy. Th factory also replaced the bedroom TV with a cabinet to store a wireless printer, so while on the road we could print documents easily. The closets and clothes storage are amazing! Kitchen has built=in trash receptacle in counter. Easy to park and drive for shopping and eating out. Can't say enough about how much we loved this RV.

The GT24MB is a beautiful, easy to drive RV that constantly evokes awe and jealousy in those who enter its comfortable, well-planned coach. However the problems I have encountered seem endless. A partial list is an external roof light with a faulty plug, the driver's side step up that almost fell off after I stepped down from the driver's seat (four screws fell out, leaving only one at the fender, and a bolt in the rear), a combination water/battery/pump gauge that works intermittently, but when it does, does not show the correct quantity of water in the tanks, a propane warning alarm that is installed where the manufacturer says it should not be, and had to be replaced after a year since it never stopped blasting its siren. The refrigerator light never worked, nor does one of the two automatic starters for the stove gas burners. The microwave oven refused to start more often than not because the door doesn't shut properly, and the water pump leaked. The catches on the all the drawers were the wrong size, allowing the ones in the kitchen to constantly fly open, even on low speed turns, eventually tearing apart the frame. There are other minor annoyances, but fortunately none of them affected the drivability of the RV, which is excellent. The Ford E-450 SuperDuty V-10 has no difficulty moving the 14,500 pound vehicle, and with careful driving gets 9+ mpg. The factory representatives and the dealership did their utmost to resolve the problems as they occurred, even though not all of them were covered under the three year warranty, as I thought they should have been. This is not an inexpensive vehicle, and I feel that the problems I found should have been corrected at the factory before shipping the RV, since most were already present at that time.
