Found the RV to be in decent shape for its age. Owner couldn't have been nicer. Couple of things need attention but he is taking care of them. Tires good, jacks work fine, A.C. and genny no problem. Stove works. New microwave....

This RV has serious de-lamination issues on the exterior. The tire walls are cracked and need to be replaced. This is a sub standard RV. The guy showing it to us whose name is Dave was rude and obnoxious. Buyer beware....
