Paid $10,900, put about $4000 in upgrades. Used it twice as a Hunting trailer in Idaho for two years. Temp got down to mid-20'. Coach was warm and toasty! Tows like a dream. You will need to check your review mirrors every once in a while to make sure it is still back there.

Also, used it to go to Sand Dunes on a couple of occasions. Worked great!!
