Dear Jamie: My husband Bill & I are writing to say thank you so much for all you have done for us. We are tremendously impressed with Forest River and how they have handled our complaints. We originally went to the dealership where we bought our RV and they said that they had contacted Forest River and were told nothing could be done about the issues regarding the peeling bathroom door and rear upper shock attachment bolts that had snapped off. This is when we took matters into our own hands and contacted Forest River on our own. You wrote us back immediately saying you would look into the matter and get back to us. Within a few weeks we had a brand new bathroom door delivered to us and then a few weeks later a cheque arrived in the mail for $500.00 compensating us for the work that the Mercedes Dealership charged us. We are totally impressed by the integrity of Forest River and how this was handled. We are going to be giving Forest River a great review online! Thanks again, Jayne & Bill

Horrible service from the dealer we trade the Winnebago Class A in. The Winnegbago was EXCELLENT as far as quality.. just hard to drive with one driver. My husband had no issue. I struggled. We moved to a Super C. I can't express how happy we are. The Dynamax quality is excellent. The ride is so smooth that my husbands back has no issues even on long 3 day drives. The comfort and layout... there is NOTHING I would need to be different. It meets every need and the quality is exceptional to this point. Thank you Dynamax for building a shorter Super C that we can take in the majority of the parks and I can drive on trips myself if my husband can't go with me!

We bought this rig with the Idea of traveling south for the winters as we look for a permanent place to land as Snowbirds. This particular model is great for a couple, Or even a guest or two. We enjoy the theater seats across from the 50" TV that elevates from behind the beautiful fireplace. As this has apposing slide outs the living area is a shock to most as they enter, amazed by the wide openness of combined kitchen, dining, & living area. And then to see an RV with a KING BED with room to actually make the bed. Now to travel in this rig is a pleasure compared to our experience in a band new class A, that let's just say we had to Lemon Law and won our case! Anyway, the ride now is much smoother as we are now on-air bags in the rear, air ride in the seats and yes if you need to stop fast you have air brakes too. And also a jake brake type of deceleration that is adjustable. I love it. Just wish I was younger lol.

Wanted some thing small enough to camp in National Parks and do a little boondocking. Big enough water, grey and blackwater tanks to camp for several days. Very easy to drive, plenty of power and can tow up to 7,500 pounds. Just the right size for 2 people.

The automatic levelers on the front collapsed and had to be totally replaced. After inspection, it was determined they were not installed properly and the design was faulty. I contacted the manufacturer and received no help. They wined about warranty being expired. I claim this is a manufacturing problem and a severe safety hazard. After almost four months, they to pay for parts but nothing else and want to jack me around with paperwork. I'm going to file a claim with the National Traffic Safety people as the jacks could fall off or at the least leave you stranded with the jacks will not retract. By the way, the fuel economy is not that good.

Lets start with McKee RV in Iowa. They will tell you anything to get you out the door. No service after that... Mediocre walk thru. lots of questions but no answers, they did not know the coach very well at all. So we drive it home and find over a dozen flaws some major and some minor. I end up fixing half of the minor repairs myself, such as refrigerator door wont latch, headboard falling of wall, cargo door opening on freeway. I have requested parts from Dynamax to fix the other flaws myself. (Which should save them a ton of money) but hey will not answer calls in a timely manner and when they do they act like they don't have time for me. I need a drawer parts, broken led light parts, screws for loose panels, replacement blinds etc. VERY POOR follow thru. Still waiting for simple parts. Not to mention broken awning and other major items. 6.7 engine is way underpowered, and they are many power issues that don't seem normal, like running the engine to run the slides. And you can be plugged into shore power and run the slides. No instructions on satellite wires, many wires unlabeled for you to have to figure out. Our selector box was mis wired and had to figure that out on my own. At this point i would not recommend anything From Dynamax!

We purchased this 2017 Isata 3 RW in Sept of 2019. In the 3 years we have owned it, we have not had any real issues - fuse went out in the refrigerator which we replaced easily and we replaced a GFI outlet. The RV drives like a dream and we love the exterior storage on the RW. This RV is not meant to "live" in, so I rated that lower. We have taken trips in excess of 2 weeks with no issues. This RV had steel wheels and we just swapped those for aluminum wheels. I would highly recommend aluminum wheels. Additionally, we are swapping out the dinette for a trifold sofa. We would rather have space that can be slept on with a smaller table in front. The shower is small so if you are a very large person, this might not work well for you. The Tecma toilet is great and the Truma hot water system is the best. This 2017 model included a full size spare tire and 3 remote controlled Maxxair fans. If I were to buy this unit brand new today, these are the options I would want: lithium batteries (though we've had NO issues with our AGM batteries), 4 point leveler (we have stabilizing jacks which are fine, but to be level at the push of a button would be nice), a refrigerator that will run off of inverter, a trifold sofa with a small table, aluminum wheels, TPMS, diesel generator and a Winegard Satellite system. I would also want an induction cooktop in place of the propane cooktop, but I don't think that's currently an option. The Forest River Forums has a Dynamax group and the customer service from Brian Clemens @ Dynamax is outstanding. He is always answering questions or responding to issues posted on the forum.

This is our first RV, bought it as a Covid mobile in August of 20 to go back and forth from Florida to DC and Maine in the summers. It took a little while to learn all the systems and quirks of the RV, but once we got that down we have generally been pleased. We bought the RV from a dealer in Maine, but have had it serviced in Florida where we spend most of the year. Dynamax set us up with a mobile RV repair company that has been great to work with. We definitely had a few warranty issues including: water leaks, sink replacement, window issue, toilet issue and a few others. It took a while to get everything right, but overall we are happy. We have recently considered downsizing to a Class B, but we don't want to give up the livability and comfort of the Isata 3. We feel you get a lot of comfort and technology with Dynamax. Our Isata 3 was completely usable during the shakedown period so don't let the nuisance items scare you away from buying one. Dealers seem to push the FW variant, but I would recommend the RW, the slides are smaller and seem to have less problems. The storage on the RW is the best I have ever seen in a Class C and that is really the magic of the Isata 3. You can pack a lot of stuff into one of these (word of caution, be mindful of the vehicle's overall weight). It's very easy to exceed the recommended safety limits if you pack it to the gils and fill all the tanks. The Mercedes chassis is great, I wish Dynamax would use a higher end chassis with all the integrated advanced Mercedes safety systems instead of using after market options. My coach has every safety system you need its just not as elegant the OEM MBUX system. Dynamax does add side and rear cameras, lane assist, CarPlay etc. From a resale perspective, the Isata 3 definitely seems to hold its value, I have had two dealers offer more then we paid for ours on possible trades. My only real knit is the coach is a 2020, but the chassis is a 2018, we had expected the new Mercedes Sprinter Chassis and were disappointed not get it, but the dealer really took good care of us and I feel like they gave us a very fair price. I also think a coach of this level should have a macerator sewer pump like Airstream, but that's probably a product Forest River cutting costs when they acquired Dynamax. Overall, I recommend this coach.
