My daughter and son in law within the last few months purchased this Fifth Wheel trailer. I am telling you what a joke, the A/C does not and will not cool. They are 5 hours away from their dealer and all they could say was… “you will have to bring it back” I am sure that’s the reason they bought this Fifth Wheel is so they could haul it 5 hours to get it fixed. I tried to get some tips from the service department but was put on hold time after time. I guess that is because they have a large line up of repairs.

UPSIDE: The wife and I love the outside kitchen, the easy under 4500 pound light weight towing for our half ton truck and the efficient layout. DOWNSIDE: About 6 months after purchasing our new Rv, in Huntsville Alabama, we noticed multiple serious cracks in the door so we took it back repeatedly to only receive the “parts are on back order” excuse until the warranty expired. More things than that have broken down but why mention it when a warranty is not honored. Summary: We are looking to buy a bigger Rv but it will not be a crossroads Rv (nor a Keystone because Crossroads sunset trail models are manufactured by Keystone) unless the parts magically show up from the black hole they are in. BTW- My neighbor bought a Rv from them and had a worse experience plus I have been an Rv owner for decades so this is not a review from a picky newbie.

The problem is I can’t back up to the trailer with my tailgate down, I have to almost pin up to the trailer, then put the tailgate up then pin up. Manufacturer says the design is proper but I have never seen this before. My truck is a 2019 f350 with the prep package and I have a 24k curt slider 5th wheel setup. It seems like nobody wants to fix the problem, I guess I should have looked over the trailer before I bought it.

I am giving a 5 star rating due to the following. When I arrived at the dealer to purchase this trailer I had a list a mile long for them to check and sign off on. This list included about 4 to 5 hours of labor basicly going through every aspect of the trailer from tanks to plugs, loose trim slides etc. The dealer did as I asked and marked off after fixing the findings due to inspection list provided. Since I have been out in the trailer 3 times and I have yet to have an issue. I know it is early tell yet but my experience with this trailer so far has been nothing but good. It pulls like a dream, everything works as it should and the quality inside and out seems to be sound for what it is. We love the trailer!! Just a side note, all RV trailers are going to have some issues when you first get them. Do as I did and bring your own checklist being as thorough as possible and have them go through it above their own list. You will not regret doing this. So many things were caught before we pulled the RV away and fixed that otherwise would have been missed from their short check list they use. 2019 Cruiser Aire 29SI a great roomy RV fifth wheel perfect for 2 people or a small family. Hope this helps.

We were travel trailer owners for a number of years. We wanted an upgrade but up grade to what? Long story short, there were so many recommendations that the choice of which manufacture or brand was nearly impossible. As it turns out people either love or hate their camper. Reviews were of little help in our search, to no surprise. Yes, I do realize this is a review. What did we do? In early 2018, we purchased a copy of the RV Consumer Group's RV Ratings Guide - Towables. It rates all Towables's from 1990 thru 2017. We knew we wanted a new lightweight 5th Wheel. The search was limited to 5th wheel companies with an average rating of 4 stars. This rating is based on Reliability, Value, and General Safety. Once this was completed, we focused on floorplans. The wife wanted a rear kitchen. Cruiser Aire beat out a number of higher profile manufacturers in the ratings and they had a model with a rear kitchen. As a result, we purchased a 2017 Cruiser Aire CR30RK in March 2018 and we love it. If you understand these are light weight campers, then you understand the choices made in construction. We have taken it on several trips and all systems have performed very well. In May of 2019, we have a trip planned to New England. Hope this is helpful. May do a follow up after the trip.

My Cruiser Aure has been nothing but a problem. Poor quality! Drawers did not latch properly and door would not close. I fixed those problems. Window shades fell off and bedroom door jamb pulled out of wall. Center island had to be repositioned because it hit the slide. Air conditioning didn't work properly. Motor for rear stabilizers quit after one trip. Now the seals on one slide have completely torn off and manufacturer will not approve warranty work. Am considering returning under Texas lemon law. BTW, dealer has bee great trying to correct problems. It's the manufacturer!!!

I recently bought a Cruizer Aire 28RL. before I bought it I loved the layout and the colors. After living int for a week I noticed the complete lack of craftsmanship and how cheap everything is. it like their builders have no sense of pride at all so far I have had to re nail 6 pieces of trim. The shade guide strings were installed as if they have never heard of a tape measure. The ET center was only half connected none of the outside speakers or ceiling speakers would work. The TV in the bedroom still wont work with cable only the antenna will work. They really got cheap with the plugs as there are very few I just added two circuits there. Luckily I have been RV-Ing for a lot of years and I am a contractor so I have been able to fix a lot of this nonsense. If I were in charge of the factory I would immediately fire the QM team then start teaching the crew how to read a tape and work my way into purchasing. I can believe that someone would let this crap go out. there's much more but I don't think it would fit on this review
