I purchased a 2023 NexusRV Viper 25V in June 2023. It turned out to be a huge mistake. The quality and workmanship was terrible. First, none of the plumbing connections were tightened and on our first outing, water was leaking everywhere including onto the AC inverter. That was just the beginning. Next, the moulding around the interior of the slide started to come loose and eventually fell off. That’s when I realized that the moulding and interior paneling were fastened with staples. The shelf next to the bed, also fastened with staples, fell off completely. The ac outlet near the bedroom tv was a cheap piece of junk. It wasn’t fastened to the wall and was hanging loosely. And only had 1 working outlet. The toilet wouldn’t flush because there was styrofoam packed inside pipe. All of the locks on the storage compartments were installed upside down. The air conditioner wasn’t working because there was another piece of styrofoam inside one of the ducts. After our 1 and only outing we cleaned it out and traded it in . Don’t waste your money. It isn’t worth the frustration.

We custom ordered our coach exactly as we desired; and that's exactly what was delivered, timely. We love it, highly recommend it to everyone, and if we buy another later, it will definitely be a LTV. The Mercedes is all that it could be, and more... very peppy, as is the LTV coach. The bed is long enuf and wide enuf for me (6'0" tall and 230 lbs.) and my wife to sleep very comfortably, and never accidentally bump each other during our sleep. The FX's rear lounge and tv area allow 1 of us to wake up early and watch the news, use the restroom, etc., while the other continues sleeping. The kitchen, fridge, toilet, and bathroom folded door are all.very well thought out... as is everything elsi bith inside and outside of our coach. And there's more storage (both in and out) than we needed for a 2 1/2 month, 15,000 mile trip thru Canada, to & from Alaska, and back to So. CAL. It is everything that we wanted and/or need; and with it's size, manueverability and storage, we found no need for a tow car or an extra mounted storage attachment outside. Try one out for yourself!

We purchased our Nexus Viper 29v in January of 2023 and dealing with the dealership was a complete nightmare...won't even get into that. But fortunately Nexus STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT (what other RV company owner will freely hand out their personal cell phone number to their customers?). We contacted Nexus and told them our dealership woes and they in turn referred us to a reputable dealer in New Mexico who, oh my gosh, was simply amazing! The RV manufacturers do not have any control over the RV dealerships. But if you are having issues with yours, their power lies in the fact they can send you to an amazing dealership who is willing to help you. Nexus has no tolerance for shabby dealerships...if a dealership is giving you the runaround, Nexus will bypass all that nonsense and get you to someone who WILL take care of you and deal with the bad dealership on their end. It was a haul to drive to this dealership (RAM Motors) in New Mexico but I am so very glad that we did for two reasons: 1. They were professional and stand behind their workmanship. 2. Because we had to travel 4.5 hours to get there, they respected our time. Nexus would send them the part and once it arrived, they would contact us and we would set up a repair appointment and they always got us in within a week or two. Because we were traveling so far, the dealership would fix our RV while we waited. That's right...WHILE WE WERE IN THE SHOWROOM WAITING. This dealership had to remove a slide, fix it and put it back in...while we waited...I mean...who does that? We were so very lucky. We had to go in three times to get everything fixed but made the most of it by roadtripping to all the amazing places New Mexico has to offer. For the record, the things that needed fixed were minor (we learned from our last camper that if you drive it like a bat out of hell cabinets are going to fall off walls and water leaks will happen time and time again so we drive this motor home with respect). Our microwave didn't work, our fridge was making a loud noise, the slider had some sort of dent in it and the rubber seal was coming off, water pump was acting suspicious...that was it. These are all things that were fixed promptly the first time. All said and done, we were happily rolling down the highway roadtripping by the springtime. We are so happy that we purchased a Nexus and the next time we are going to purchase it from RAM Motors in New Mexico!!

Thor acts like they will work with you but they do not follow through. We have been dealing with several water leaks in our motorhome. They have fixed several leaks but then another is discovered. Being an ongoing problem you would think someone would warranty it as an existing problem. Their motor homes are built poorly and you better find all the problems in year one under warranty. Don’t use Demontrond RV for you service needs they are the worst.

Who would be crazy enough to take this vehicle out into the BOONIES with no spare tire to get you back to civilization

We are so disappointed. The floor plan seemed great, and it is easy to drive, but the build quality is absolutely abysmal. Everything rattles and shakes. Two parts fell off on the drive home. Things are mounted at angles, and pieces still fall off. The drawers all have splinters and were cut with the world's dullest saw. It has spent weeks in the shop for multiple warranty repairs. The pump was bad, the water system is awful, and there is no useful hot water. You can be off-grid for at most one night before you are out of water and power. So far this summer, only three camping trips, two with major problems, and three canceled while it waited for repairs. No jack, no spare, and an odd tire size meant a flat became a major issue. No storage for larger items -- two camp chairs barely fit. You can't get at most interior storage with the slide in, and you absolutely must be level to put the slide out. Avoid Thor.

Ongoing report on my new unit from Roadtrek. Be aware that you do not get a paper one's manual. It is all on line. You will have to down load it. Trying to work my way through this is problematic. It is laborious and time consuming. For instance trying to find pinstructions on properly using the dump system is has been a big problem if you are not computer savvy. I also have found the doors and drawers miss Ajusted and come open during travel. I had to make these corrections myself on the first trip . Make sure you have a good set of tools.I also have found molding comming loose. Have some super glue also.

The Pleasure-Way Pursuit is a "top shelf" small coach that you can take anywhere you can park a car. I wanted the small size because of the narrow roads in the Hawaiian Islands. This filled the bill to a T. They are extremely well made, with natural maple cabinetry, electric blinds and shades, roof top opening skylights, swivel seats up front and that clever corian table that converts from a book rack behind the passenger. Corian EVERYWHERE! Oh my gosh the BATHROOM! I wasn't going to get a coach with a bathroom where my feet stuck out. Nope. When I saw the bathroom, that was a big sell for me. Another "must have" was a rear dinette/bed. I had considered the Toyota mini motorhomes, I owned a Dolphin years ago, but I didn't want the repairs that come with an RV that is so aged. (they are around 30 years old now) I love being able to have a great view from the incredible windows. We drive to the beach on rainy days, pull into a nice place to park and play cards, or games, read or listen to music. Sometimes I play my guitar. We can pop in a video if we feel like it. The awning is wonderful for the days when you want to be outside. Our camp chairs fit in the outside storage with our tiki torches. I just put a bike rack on the back, so I can peddle around Kona and do a little shopping. This is what I would call a small luxury coach, and it does not disappoint. Well done, to whomever designed such a fabulous little unit! We LOVE ours!
