Take your money elsewhere. Poor quality for a huge amount of money. As always in the RV business, the sale comes first. Customer satisfaction doesn't make the list. The dealer isn't much better. For $700k , we got one trip and made a list of over 50 items that were broke, noy installed correctlyor just plain missing. This includes the slide that broke all the welds....AT THE FACTORY!!!. The RV has been in the shop at American Coach for 5 months for repairs. We still haven't gotten it back. If you're spending this amount of money, you'd expect better from a manufacturer. This isn't a $5,000 bumper pull. Don't get started on the dealer. Once again, they're just interested in the sale. They care about you afterwards. 0/5 stars for both!

Been living in it full-time since 2014. It has plenty of power to pull hills and drives like a dream. We pulled a car behind and it never felt like it lacked power. The older unit built before all the emissions laws put into place is a huge benefit since we don’t have the expense to add DEF. The Spartan chassis all walnut wood and materials used were built to last. No major problems with engine or transmission has been a plus. The mid door and layout of this coach has been a plus and it has tons of useable storage. This coach is fully wired for internet and and the technology is was forward thinking for an early 2000 model. The quality has stood the test of time and see it remaining to be a great coach for years to come.

Bought new 2017 Dream 45a in early 2018 and got a much better deal than any comparable coach. Have had several issues that have all been resolved through multiple visits to Alavarado and Decatur Rev service centers. Very disappointed that they closed the Alvarado center! Have now owned the coach for 2+ years and am very happy with purchase. Decatur service center is very good with troubleshooting and repairs, however they take their time - hopefully to do a good job of repairs. Had a few build quality issues, however most issues were with misc equipment not manufactured by American Coach (air conditioners, multiplex controller, tire monitors, etc). Biggest issue was with interior wood becoming “sticky” in hot high humidity conditions (we live in Texas). Took coach to cabinet manufacturer in Fort Wayne and they treated all interior wood to correct - so far so good. Only issue I don’t like about coach is factory recommended ride height, as hitch on rear of coach frequently drags in minor dips on driveways. Love the power with the Cummins ISX. Factory service was very good and they took care of issues that were ongoing beyond initial warranty period. Only negative was having to go to Decatur.

Amazing 4 season coach. My husband and I full timed in this rig in all weather and temperature conditions, from the Florida heat & humidity to the Sierra Nevada Mountains dry summers and snowy winters. The coach also travels well across highways, up and down mountain passes, and even is easy to manage in tight cities and narrow roads - thanks to its Spartan Mountain Master chassis and independent front suspension. Build quality is second to none and the American Coach family has always provided excellent customer service and support (and if you own an American Coach, everyone else you meet out there with one too is immediately family). Of course being a 1999 it has only 1 slide, but the ample storage and smart floorplan makes it feel much bigger and the livability is totally comfortable. I would recommend this coach to anyone.

Too many problems with Hydraulics, cameras, awnings, and slides. Warranty service stinks. Mine is still in the shop after 2 1/2 months to fix the initial shakeout problems. It appears that Fleetwood takes the stance that your RV is a luxury item, and that you can wait to get warranty work and parts. new production and sales 1st and screw the warranty claims
