We purchased a brand new Jayco many years back that was great. Then we decided to get a slightly larger one, brand new again. However, this is after Thor purchased Jayco and the new one is a total piece of crap. It spent the first 10 months back in the shop for repairs due to everything breaking. Then we only got to use it a couple times. Now it is leaning to one side. But we are over the 2 year warranty. This is more of a manufacturing issue instead of warranty but their rude customer service people refuse to do anything and keep hanging up on us. They refuse to allow us to speak to a manager. The one keeps calling us back and harassing us now. NEVER buy ANY of Thor's products. Jayco especially. We keep the camper in a fully enclosed and protected garage, it has been used 5 times. There is no reason for this thing to be falling apart or leaning to one side. Waste of money. Spend more, get a different brand.

Bought this one brand new, with all the upgrades. Used it 4 times in the last almost 3 years. First 10 months it was stuck in the shop with recall work. 2nd year was 2020, so limited travel. Now 2021 and still limited travel. So it has sat in a concrete floor, enclosed, storage for a while now. It has slowly started to lean to one side. I tried to contact customer service, have a licensed trailer repair individual confirm the trailer is leaning, that it is the frame, sent pictures with measurements, proof the floor is flat, and tires as proof it was not used much. They replied VERY rudely. They said out of warranty and not their problem. We didn't even have it the first 10 months, barely used it. This is the 2nd Jayco we bought new. Will NEVER buy another Jayco again.

It has a great layout for either a couple or single person with plenty of storage or can can sleep 10 for a large group of people. Dont be scared by the size of the camper, it tows very well. Balanced over the spread axles and pretty light given its size.

We looked at many trailers before buying this one. We are a couple who mostly travel alone and wanted something our Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel could tow easily and give us a lot of convenient luxury living space. This trailer fits the bill perfectly and came with a two year warranty. A few niggles fixed without delay under the warranty, but nothing much. The large bathroom and man-size shower is like being at home. The large fridge and freezer (as well as an outside kitchen fridge) keep everything cool. Very efficient AC unit and heating furnace both ducted throughout. Lots of light, space, and air inside. Difficult to find fault.

Purchased the unit in Florida, 3-13-18, have towed it less then 2000 miles, rear axle is bowed down, with excessive wear on the in side of both rear tires, have taken unit to [Dealer]. To be told they will get to it when they can get to it! It's been there a month now, they have not contacted Jayco about the axles and tires, but want $$$$ up front before they work on the unit, had some other warranty work done by the same dealer, they have not contacted Jayco about that as of this writting! We will not be taking our unit back to this dealer again after we finally get this axle issue corrected! So this dealer will not get any thumps up from us! Will not recommend to anyone to buy from them!
