The private master bed and bath make it feel like true home. I worked form home out of this, cooked, had guests, and watched shows in what feels like a classy theater. The couch bed we great for short term guests.

Biggest piece of crap I’ve ever owned. Everything you can think of has broken. Valve Under the bathtub was stripped from factory therefore leaked and wrecked all of our kitchen cupboards that needed to be replaced by warranty defective outdoor speaker, cracked bathtub, cracked sun shade in the bathroom, sadly the list goes on and we still have ongoing issues that have not been resolved. The biggest ongoing issue we have is our fridge not being fixed. Hoping it gets resolved soon!

Jayco is a terrible produce with extremely brutal customer service. We bought a brand new travel trailer. We have had so many issues, lights, furnace, thermostat, slide out and even recalls. We continually have to bring the unit into the dealership for repairs. We have spent thousands of dollars and time just to get the unit to the dealership for repair. Of course, this means we do no trailer to use for weeks on end. Do yourself a favour and do not by a jayco product.

NEVER BUYING A JAYCO AGAIN. LEAKS from the beginning when new. The first thing was the shower doors from when it was new leaked on the floor. There wasn't any silicone on the the bottom of the doors fixed my self. Then we noticed water by the slideout after 2 years, discovered it was leaking around the window I silicone it myself. Then water was on the floor in the master. Discovered when you use shower water hits the wall and leaks behind the plastic grommets that holds it together. The fan above the stove stopped working was fixed under warranty a month later stopped working. The worst part when I called customer service the girl told me that in the manual it states the customer is responsible to maintain the camper. 😡 we take very good care of it and now that the warranty is up shit is a problem. The F$$king thing should not be leaking everywhere in the first couple of years. You pay a lot of money for junk. buying it from the dealer was a whole other story. Bottom line they sell them to you and never look back they move on to the next victim.

The bed is poorly supported. Now the Dometic air conditioner just broke. This is the biggest piece of garbage I ever bought. I thought the 2 year warranty would handle any issues I had, but my dealer can’t fix my A/C for 3 months so now I have to pay $1100 to have someone else fix it and hope I can recoup something from Jayco. Do yourself a favor and spend more and buy a better made trailer.

I bought my 2018 Jayco Jay Flight 32BHDS from Hilltop RV in Fridley, MN. I also bought an extended warranty for extra assurance. There were a couple of small things that have gone wrong with it in the 2 years I've owned it but nothing major (shade was missing from the sunlight, bench seat cracked, table started peeling at the seam, and the closet rod fell down which was probably my fault for hanging up too many clothes). Hilltop RV stood by their product and fixed absolutely everything at no cost to me. Things sometimes happen and I get that. As long as they fix it, I'm cool. I absolutely LOVE the outdoor 'kitchen' which we use as a bar, LOL. The kids (3 teenagers) LOVE their bunkroom! They have their own TV, room to hangout, play games, watch movies and the door allows me not to see their mess, LOL. The ONLY thing I'm not a fan of is the A/C unit is fairly loud. I've read some not-so-nice reviews about this camper and think it's mostly about their dealer and not the actual camper. So choose your dealer wisely. Also, remember that these campers cannot be built with high quality products because with that comes weight. If you buy a Jay Flight, one of the selling points is that it's light-weight and you won't need a 2500 (or bigger) truck to pull it. And to put things into perspective, what I paid for my 2017 truck was 3 x's what I paid for my 2018 travel trailer. And I'm not living in my truck and only live in my trailer on the weekends, 5 months out of the year (remember, I live in the frozen tundra called Minnesota). Enough said. Overall, I love my camper and it's mine and my family's happy place. I would highly recommend Jayco and also Hilltop RV! Happy Glamping! :)

We had a JayFlight 22FB, a 2012 model, and liked it. Then we bought a 2018 model 22 RBS. This one has been a nightmare and in and out of the shop since we've had it. The workmanship has gone from bad to horrible. Everywhere you look flaws appear. We have had to replace the AC unit, replace both the entry door and screen door, replace the kitchen faucet fixture, replace the LED outside light, rewire the power tongue jack and fix leaks in the plumbing. And then there was the large, hex-headed BOLT that erupted up out of the kitchen floor on one trip. They "repaired" it by placing a much smaller gauge Phillips-head SCREW in the hole and melting the old linoleum over it to cover the hole. When we took it back they put another screw in, but did a better job of hiding the damage. Haven't taken it out since this last visit, so don't know if it will hold this time. They have destroyed what faith I once had in them and I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing one of their products to look it over VERY carefully and assume nothing. You'll be glad you did.
