I have owed several RV's over the years. There are little things that make it special such as the curtain between the main bedroom and the rest of the RV. It seems like a little thing but when different people get up at different times this matters. This was very handy when there were 4 adults together and we got a sudden snow and ended up spending the day playing cards inside. The bunk area is big enough for adults to sleep and yet can be used for storage if there are only 2 people camping. This RV has been easy to maintain and very towable. We have used an F150 to pull it with no problem. All in all I would say this is a very comfortable RV.

Where do I begin. This trailer has been a nightmare from the gate! We purchased our Trailer from Dixie RV in Hammond LA. I don't recommend them at all! The will tell you anything you want to hear just to sell the trailer. We travel for work so we are on the road frequently. Our first trip out was to AZ and as we were leaving we noticed the SIDING WAS BREATHING in and out! It wasn't attached!!!! The water pump went out and all in all it was just a rough ride. Our Second trip out we stopped for a mini vacation in Iowa and all of a sudden in the middle of a down pour in the middle of the night we get a water feature in our bedroom! I suppose I shouldn't complain people pay a lot of money for that... Normally though the water feature isn't running down the wall onto your head! From there we gave up.. the factory helped with getting the roof repaired but as for replacing our mattress it was like pulling teeth! It took almost a month to get it done and I had to threaten to bring the trailer up to Indiana and park it on there front steps. Which I still think is a good idea! All in all we have had to have all 4 tires replaced with proper trailer tires ( Not the Car tires they had on it!) The leaf springs replaced because of a tire blowing out. ( Hence the reason we had the tires replaced) the water pump twice! The Roof TWICE! the heater fixed TWICE! ( In 20 degree weather!) The gas lines replaced, and the thermostat on the wall still doesn't work correctly and just this last trip the kitchen faucet started leaking and broke! So in my humble opinion NEVER BUY FROM DIXIE RV or from HEARTLAND! EVER!!

While I like the design, floor plan, and size, the quality is not what I expected. After 1 year the roof leaked and the dealer said it was only warranted for 90 days. The day I brought it home, I had to tighten all the cabinet hardware and the outside shower was twisted inside and couldn't be used until repaired. After a recall repair to the brakes, the ground lighting never worked again and the dealer wouldn't even entertain fixing it under warranty. Towing is less than ideal since it sits on a high frame like a camper with a slide out and that causes major wind drag. (My '03 26ft coachmen towed better) After this last trip, we noticed one prong of the AC plug was melted (We did run the air most of our stay) so again, the quality of the parts are lacking. It is the only one we found that had what we wanted inside. Large fridge, queen bed, and gas oven, all requirements we were looking for. If you choose this model, just be prepared to pay attention to the issues and fix them immediately.

I have camped all my life and Never have I had such issues, I will NEVER buy new again. I bought the camper in March and already have a roof leak by October in the bedroom. Took several months to repair. And now my toilet is leaking and I have no water in my new camper until it is fixed. Found out that the toilet has a leak and will rot the floor and I need to replace the whole toilet and repair the wet floor. No warranty or help from the manufacture. Absolutely Hate this company. Campers are cheaply made and no care on concern from the dealerships.

We bought this RV in October and it’s falling apart. We have had it in the shop for warranty work, which of course they haven’t fixed. I called and asked to speak to the guy who is our rep., of course he didn’t call back. Problems: Air Conditioner, broken seat, broken radio, broken hot water heater, broken blinds, broken door.....the only thing they want to fix is the radio. So this week I wanted to let them know about more problems and to ask when can I take the camper in. No return call from the Breaux Bridge sales sight. Today I ask my son to come and grab linens to put into the shop. He stepped on the stairs and went down instantly. I thought he slipped with all the rain we were having....no this 6 month old campers stairs came apart. I complained about the stairs previously because the wobble. There is absolutely no reason for these stairs to have faltered. This camper is under cover. It’s under a RV port and on concrete. The weather doesn’t even touch the camper. So now my child is hurt and we have no way in and out of this garbage camper.

Bought my22 LX Prowler in the fall of 2017. I took it out for the first time May 2018. Wow! first my stereo wasn't working. Called dealership and they informed me to check the fuse. Yes on my memorial day weekend I had to pull my radio. First the trim that surrounds the radio face, was not attached. Then one of the screws holding the radio in was stripped. It did have a blown fuse for what ever reason !!! Then I found out the CD player doesn't work! Went to get my water system started up. Found a hose that led from one of my tanks that should of been routed through the floor. It was not ! To beat it all, went to flush my toilet, and felt water spraying on my leg. Turns out the toilet was missing a bolt on one side. It was never installed correctly!!!!! My automatic awning quit working when I tried to reel it in. I finally got it to work, but the motor makes a terrible whining sound. Of course things happen, but other than the awning, everything else should of been caught at final inspection. There it no excuse for the toilet, or the hose issue. I am very disappointed ! Yes covered under warranty. But In order to take it back to the dealership I bought it from is a 3 hour drive. Heartland did give me some local dealers who will do the work. I am very disappointed. The workmanship on this camper is very unacceptable.
