TV fits great in side compartment. Added second awning, upgraded TV antenna, added second air conditioner having vents from both air function independently or together. Very clean. Many remote functions from leveling, TV, Stereo, air, etc. A must see to appreciate.

We have had this RV for 3 years. It has been perfect for us. With having living room slides facing each other it really gives an open feel to it and provides ample room. We love the fireplace. We like the floor plan and we have quite a bit of storage-needed when we take a longer trip. I love the electronic leveling system. I would like a larger awning but the way it’s designed it isn’t feasible. Our only complaint is the furnace quit after 2 1/2 yrs and little use. I ended up repairing it and it works better than ever. It ties very well. We have a gooseneck hitch. We would recommend this RV.

We purchased a 2017 cougar xlite 28rks. My wife and I really impressed with the outside kitchen. First issue we had was the dealership where we bought the camper from went out of business. Closest dealer did not do warranty work on keystone products. We noticed a lot of issues from the get go. Air conditioner not cooling properly, Slides out of adjustments, battery would not hold charge, outside door key broke first time using it, outside kitchen leaked water(destroyed all the shelving ect..) Floor bounces badly when you walk near bedroom, refrigerator froze everything. Finally another dealer opened up and did honor keystone warranty. Keystone would only fix refrigerator, outside kitchen inside, replaced key and lock. That was it. I got it back from dealer after 3rd time, outside kitchen still leaked and another leaked developed. Leaked into back bedroom inside the dresser and above door. Of coarse out of warranty to get fixed. The bouncing is my problem dealer said they all do that and keystone said no issues. I had to bring to another dealer to get outside kitchen to stop leaking into bedroom and door leak fixed. The dealership told me it was one of roof joints seal was missing. I still have one slide that is out of adjustment that I will have to get fixed and replace battery myself. I did ask keystone for my money back and they refused to respond back to me and about any our issues. Its is poorly made. I will never buy another one again.

I bought a Keystone Cougar 33RES and we love it! The dry weight is 7,700 lbs. and my 2014 Ford F-150 XLT (3.5 Ecoboost) truck with a tow package pulls it easily. I bought a Keystone Cougar 33RES and we love it! The dry weight is 7,700 lbs. and my 2014 Ford F-150 XLT (3.5 Ecoboost) truck with a tow package pulls it easily. One suggestion on the F-150 is that you need to buy 10 ply tires for your truck and weight distributing bars. The trailer has a kingsize bed and dual AC/Heat. At 36 ft., it has plenty of room and the rounded ceiling gives plenty of extra headroom for my 6'2" frame. If I wanted to be hypercritical, I would wish for a bigger shower and a pre-wired cable hookup outside. It is wired for antenna outside, but not cable. One other amenity would have been nice, namely, an outdoor kitchen. I could not be happier with the quality of this trailer! While I have had it for one season thus far, we are looking forward to the upcoming season.
