Have had camper going on 3 years got used camper, right size for wife and self did change out matters camper one not much of one, changed bathroom door swing use to open into kitchen area and over thermostat. Not really a fan of auto awning but do rope and ancher when open at roller arm. And also use a rope across awning and tie down to keep awning from flapping in the wind. refrigerator a lot of storage more the the one we had in a 5th wheel. Window over kitchen sink solid doesn't open . We do mainly State Parks .

These reviews can be so misleading. We just upgraded to a 5th wheel but we still don't want to let go of this Jay Flight because It's been nothing but Gold for us. I can't speak to the factory warranty/ support because I've never had to use them. What I will say is it tows like a dream and we've had this rig across the country 2x's. Once being towed by a 2018 3/4 ton truck and the other with a half ton Yukon. Behind the Yukon, I would highly recommend a Equalizer Anti-sway hitch. Issues we've had: Jacks will sometimes work themselves loose for no reason while under weight. Never, when retracted for towing. Simple fix: put thick general use grease on threads and work it back and forth. haven't had an issue since then. The main T.V. outlet and cable jack seem to be loosely installed and make me nervous that I'm gonna rip them out on accident while attaching and detaching. BUUUUUUUT... it's a camper...things will continually work loose or free on their own due to physics. Have some simple ingenuity and you can very easily remedy camper issues. I believe in you!!!! Y'all can do it!!!! :)

Travelled 2500km last summer trip with no issues. I gave a 4 for quality for the following two reasons: dinette back rest loosening up after a few summer and I fixed it myself with 2 bolts drilled on the frame to solidify it, outside kitchen was 1/2 inch camco hoses clamp to Pex?? so I also fixed that with proper fitting. Also baught a foam mattress for comfort. The rest has been working perfect so far. We plan to keep it for more years.

This Trailer is our third RV. I can not begin to describe how shoddy the workmanship is. Every water connection leaked. I have had to replace all of them. They still leak under the sink. The settee came apart and had to be repaired. The belly pan came undone and was dragging on the ground as we were driving down the interstate. The overhead cabinet doors have come loose. The bottoms of the cloths closets have totally come loose. the main burner on the stove has come off and I had to re-seat it with JB weld. The trim around the windows have come loose. Perhaps if one traveled with a technician or camped at a dealership... but in the real world NEVER AGAIN!
