Bought the unit new in 2017. Overall decent quality except for the manufacturer missing about 2 inches of seal in the corner of the slide. Water was infiltrating slowly into the corner of the slide from day one resulting in rotting the corner. We had to have the slide totally rebuilt at a cost of over $8000 CAD. Also it always towed like a pig. Very unstable, crappy factory tires and no shocks. On the positive, we were able to camp at -25C with no problem with the water not freezing anywhere.

I have 2021 23D OTG Nash, Insulation great. No slide awning, should be installed!
Screen door doesn’t fit correctly and bugs can get in, window above sink, not accurate either, hard to slide. Have had almost all screws on window blinds loosened, had to put backing into holes! Otherwise a great unit!...

I have owned several RV's over the years and this was without a doubt the worst quality unit that I have ever owned. 80% of the screws in the cabinet hardware were stripped from being over tightened. There was sawdust and construction trash in every nook and cranny. Sawdust sifted down from the ceiling. One of the roof vents was installed backwards. Abundant rust on the frame and undercarriage. The vinyl flooring was not sealed down and had big bulges and bubbles. I spent 4 years fixing all of the problems and sold the trailer. Based on my experience, if you are considering a new RV do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything made by Northwood Manufacturing.

The windows are hard to open. The wiring is cheap, thin, and so are the connectors. The speaker’s had dented covers. The bathroom’s plastics break easy. I really think that this trailer is extremely overpriced. Will never buy another....

UPSTANDING Not only the product but the staff and service provided!!! One phone call and they offered to fix our issue at their plant. When we arrived they were a delight to work with and offered to fix any other issues we were concerned about. They replaced the regulator for the LP Tanks and one small curtain holder. All done free of charge on a trailer that was almost 3 yrs old!!! Thank You Thank You --- if only all business were as easy to work with!!! Thanks to Justin, Dave and Brent.

Great weekender travel trailer. A true 4-season unit. Perfect for those cold winter nights, boondocking, and traveling to remote off-road locations. A great starter RV that will serve your needs for years to come....
