Policies for Owners Reviews
Thank you for posting your review to our service. We want this to be a valuable resource for those considering buying an RV so your contribution is important.
We welcome your review, however, we do ask that you read and abide by our few policies, designed to discourage spam and keep information not relevant out of the program.
General Policies
Because of legal and ethical considerations, we have formed a few basic policies to assure fairness.
Negative Reviews
RV America believes we have a fundamental responsibility to be fair to all parties concerned.
RV America is fully aware that sometimes customers are dissatisfied with either their product or the service after the sale; and therefore, we are not prejudiced against negative reviews, as long as the Reviewer understands what our owners' review site is all about.
It's not about venting frustration and trying to run a one-view "trial" on our service. It is about being a resource for prospective RV owners to get first hand experiences from owners so they can use this service in their research prior to purchasing RVs. And it is not about soliciting support for a lawsuit.
While we respect the fact that some buyers feel that they have issues with the dealer and/or manufacturer, our web site is not the place to carry on a vindictive mud-slinging campaign.
Please settle your differences with the manufacturer and dealer through the long-established legal or arbitration systems, not through our service.
Reviews that do not fall within the spirit of these guidelines will be deleted.
Notice to Dealers and Manufacturers
Representatives and employees of dealerships and/or manufacturers who misuse this forum and disregard our policies regarding posting ads agree that they have entered into a contract between themselves and the dealership or manufacturer they represent and Web Site Management, Inc., to purchase advertising at the rate of $100 per ad per day
